Material requirements list

The Material Requirements page allows you to review the materials needed for your orderspurchases and directly generate the optimal orders.purchases. You can access this page by selecting "Tools & Settings" in the main menu and then clicking on "Requirements List".

The interface is divided into two sections:

  • Left Side – Requirements List:
    Here you see all the materials required for your orders.purchase. For each item, quantities, article information, and current stock levels are displayed. Additionally, you can select individual items to determine which materials should be included in the orderpurchase suggestions.

  • Right Side – OrderPurchase Suggestions:
    Based on the selected materials on the left, the system automatically generates an optimized compilation of orders.purchases. The goal is to cover the entire material requirement while minimizing costs. Identical colors are combined, and the best combination of available suppliers and batch sizes is suggested.

Optimization Algorithm

The material requirements are analyzed intelligently:

  • Materials from different orderspurchases are combined to avoid duplicate orders.purchases.

  • The orderpurchase suggestions take into account the optimal quantities that different suppliers can deliver, resulting in minimal total costs.

  • It is ensured that within one orderpurchase, the same color is not sourced from different suppliers, ensuring consistency and deliverability.

OrderPurchase from the Material Requirements

From the orderpurchase suggestion list on the right, you can directly create orders.purchases. This allows required materials to be orderedpurchased with just a few clicks, without manually compiling suppliers or articles.

Additional Features

  • Low stock levels are displayed, allowing you to quickly identify which materials need to be reordered.repurchased.

  • You can selectively remove or mark individual materials from the suggestions to customize orders.purchases.

The Material Requirements page thus provides an intelligent, cost-optimized overview that allows you to control material flow while maximizing the efficiency of your orders.purchases.
